Director and Vice President

National Distribution Consultants, LLC

Mary’s practice focuses on helping trial attorneys, structure brokers, and other settlement professionals to put into place the best post-litigation plan and to implement that plan for injured clients. As a Director and Vice President at NDC Advisors, her goal is always to enhance the quality of life, to maximize the potential for people with disabilities, and to make sure that litigation recoveries are well managed and able to be enjoyed by those for whom the funds were awarded. Mary has over thirty years of experience helping people with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and mental health and addiction issues.

Mary received her undergraduate degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona, and her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her areas of legal practice centered on tax, trust and estate, and ERISA law. She also holds her Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. For the past eleven years, Mary has worked exclusively with plaintiff attorneys and their clients to properly establish and then administer trusts for people coming out of litigation.

As a co-guardian of her brother with special needs, Mary’s personal life has also been focused on helping people with disabilities. She has been active with the Special Olympics and has helped families on a pro bono basis to get appropriate IEPs and services from their children’s schools.
