Elizabeth Molloy Silay MS, OTR/L joined the NDC team in March of 2021 as an Account Manager. Elizabeth attended Gannon University where she earned her Bachelor of Science as well as Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. She has worked as an occupational therapist in multiple settings including pediatrics, home health, and acute rehabilitation specializing in neurological impairments including CVA’s & TBI’s, amputations, orthopedic injuries, and Parkinson’s disease. Elizabeth’s background helps to ensure that our clients get the services and equipment best suited to them to live as independently and comfortably as possible. Her focus has always been to help people to overcome physical challenges and realized their maximum potential. She enjoys utilizing her medical background when meeting with clients to better understand their needs and creating a plan to achieve each client’s goals. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and skiing.
